the concierge helped us with our luggage immediately, this made arrival smooth. the room (323) offered a quiet, comfortable space to unwind after explorations. cafe zephyr served excellent food most evenings, a very special culinary touch to our vacation.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful they always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast offered a wide selection of foods. i especially enjoyed the spa facilities as they were clean and well maintained. the location was excellent making it easy to explore the area.
the carpets in the rooms could benefit from being replaced they looked slightly worn.

The Gold Beautiful Double Room was very spacious. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job restocking toiletries and coffee. Breakfast had many food options. The service was AMAZING!!! I will return to use the spa facilities during my next trip.
The nightclub music was loud on Friday night. I could clearly hear music after I had retired to my room. This made it a little difficult to sleep.

My Gold Beautiful Double Room was very clean and spacious. I had plenty of room to store my belongings. The breakfast buffet offered eggs cooked to order. It was delicious. Some staff members were helpful and friendly.
The bed, advertised as king size, felt smaller than expected.
